The Bridals and Beyond Story

Today seems like the perfect time to tell you a little about the people  here at Bridals and Beyond and describe what makes our business special and where the future of our business is heading.  Exciting changes are in the works!

I guess we have to start with me, Kevin Knights. I have been working as a DJ since 1995. I got started in Long Island, New York, and have since DJed wedding, parties, and events for family, friends, and just about everyone that you can imagine. I went full time as a DJ in 2012 when Mobile Beats Entertainment, my DJ company was born. DJing is where I got started and I still love it today. I love being a part of people’s special occasions and it brings me joy to see people having fun! A party with me is a party that’s got life. Mobile Beats does not just bring  sound equipment, we bring entertainment for every event that we do. Now back to my life story...

Next, life led me to Knoxville with my wife Diane, and led me to a collaboration with Bridals by Connie. Through that relationship I expanded my business into bridal attire and men’s formalwear. That time taught me so much and created relationships with that mean the world to me.  When Connie decided to retire, I decided to carry on the work in the bridais and formalwear world and in 2015, we began Bridals and Beyond.  It has been a great honor to help many, many brides, mothers of the bride, bridesmaids, flower girls, prom attendee, and every other client to find their dream dress for their special day.

Not to mention, the guys! We have been able to work with every body type, including many people who thought that they would never find a suit to fit them.  We make sure that every client who walks through our doors gets personal, one-on-one attention and service. We love that you can leave our shop with your head-to-toe modern, stylish tux on your first visit and we know that makes us special in our industry.

We have been successful in creating great relationhips with our clients because we care. That’s really the bottom line. We get to know each of our clients, their happiness and satisfaction is really important to us. We make sure that you know that you are not just another customer, you are our VIP.
